Contest is open to persons who are 21 years old at the time of entry, are legal U.S. residents in possession of a valid state issued ID, and possess their own valid social security card. Employees of K3 Tennis and its subsidiaries, and related sponsors, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. Random drawing execution and winners will be drawn on, December 15, 2009. This contest may be ended or altered at the sole discretion of K3 Tennis at any time. The winning contestant will be required to submit sufficient identification including a valid state ID and social security card to redeem their prize within 10 days of being notified. There will be no substitution for prize. Participation in the contest and the prize awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of K3 Tennis. Another winner will not be selected. K3 Tennis reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. If the winner is found in violation of the rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. K3 Tennis, its representatives, agencies, and employees, are not responsible for liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize. K3 Tennis or Indigo Mountain does not imply any warranty on the product. The winning consumer must contact the manufacturer directly with any defect or warranty problems that may arise.
